There are four tips that I found useful in improving the video speed creation.
1. Batching
First related with batching, instead of doing A to Z, better to do 3 times A in the same time. For example you have a process, from writing a script, take a video, editing, uploading, working on the SEO of the video. And instead of doing the A to Z by 3 times, use a time to do three time of one process. For example, to record a video, do for three type of different videos, it will much save your time.
2. Organizing
The second one is related to organizing, so make sure that you have all the process written in spreadsheet, to explain all the process in the spreadsheet and just check which one that is not done yet or not ready yet.
3. Scheduling
The third one is scheduling, the schedulijnng here, is try not to push your self to upload a video in a day, and for example if you have a flu, dont try to make a video where in all video that you sound have a breat problem.
4. Keep all repetitive optimized
When you know that you repeat so many process, so many over and over again. Try to masterize that, for example, having a preset in your video editing software, have all the time the same lighting, have a same set of your studio. It will help you save the time!
